Samantha J. Hall is a commercial litigator with first-chair experience handling complex business tort matters. She brings a sharp eye to drafting and reviewing business agreements, as well as evaluating potential liability for companies and owners.
In her prior roles, she focused on disputes involving closely held partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations. Samantha regularly represented clients in internal conflicts among owners and members, as well as in litigation against third parties. She also has significant experience in construction litigation, representing contractors and subcontractors in disputes involving contractual claims, non-payment, construction defects, and lien issues.
Before relocating to Colorado and joining BCR Law Partners, Samantha began her legal career in Montgomery County, Maryland, where she developed a strong foundation in business litigation and a passion for trial advocacy.
