Founded by Daniel Glasser
The firm was founded in 2009 by Daniel Glasser and expanded in 2011 when David Chipman joined the partnership—forming our predecessor firm, Chipman Glasser, LLC. For sixteen years, the firm built a reputation for excellence in complex commercial litigation, with a particular focus on disputes involving ownership, membership, and investment in private companies and LLCs. Over time, that focus became our defining strength.
Welcome Jennifer
In 2019, Jennifer Osgood joined the partnership, bringing deep experience in resolving entity and ownership disputes across a range of industries.
