Jennifer M. Osgood is a seasoned commercial litigator with in-depth experience handling business disputes and business divorce matters for owners, executives, and closely held companies. Her work concentrates on the full range of private-company conflict: limited liability company litigation, breach of fiduciary duty claims, disputes surrounding the separation or termination of officers, directors, and managers, and judicial dissolution proceedings.
