His work frequently includes minority shareholder protection, joint or shared ownership disputes, and ownership and control fights arising in or alongside bankruptcy proceedings.
Dan also litigates trade secret and restrictive covenant matters, including non-compete, non-solicitation, and non-circumvention agreements. He has tried multiple cases to jury verdict and represents clients through all phases of litigation, from emergency relief through trial and appeal.
